Banana Pancakes

 

Believe it or not, these pancakes were made from bananas! They are high in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time:  10 minutes
Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C Oat Flour
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 C Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbs Ground Flax 
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat skillet / griddle up on medium / high heat
  • Blend all ingredients together until you get a batter
  • Ladle batter onto skillet in the size and shape of pancakes you desire (I recommend not making them too thick or they take too long to cook through)
  • Flip when you notice browning on the sides
  • When finished repeat until you have used all of the batter
  • Eat!
